All Spark Bird products are made to order and printed by our fulfillment partners. Please allow 2–5 business days for production, plus 2–8 business days for standard delivery once your order ships. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping times may vary during holidays or periods of high demand.
RETURNS
Because every item is printed on demand just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. We strongly recommend checking the size guide before ordering.
That said, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we'll make it right. Email us at support@sparkbirdapparel.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
